Greek Festival.

So we all know the saying, “Sunday Funday”, or at least I hope you guys do because this Sunday was nothing short of a great Sunday Funday! If any of y’all have ever been to Greenville, South Carolina, you know that there is always something exciting to do or see. #yeahthatgreenville

This week was the Saint George Greek Orthodox Cathedral’s annual Greek Festival! This was my first time attending this festival but I can say it will not be the last!

If i had to choose only one word to describe this event, I would go with the word FOOD!! Everywhere you looked there was food, food, and more food. The smell of food filled the air and it was heavenly! I would definitely say that if you are planning on attending any Greek festival, come hungry! (I mean that… like don’t eat anything all day and then stuff your face.)

However, there was more than just food.. shocking I know! There were several small vendors with all kinds of goodies and live music.

There were also tours of the Cathedral being offered, as well as an exhibit on the inside that displayed the story of all the icons of the Church.

I also could not talk about this festival without mentioning my outfit along with Sarah’s (aka bestie) outfit !
